1. Overview
At TravellyZA we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from within South Africa, meaning no international delays or unexpected customs charges.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

4. Where We Deliver
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including:

  • Johannesburg & Gauteng
  • Cape Town & Western Cape
  • Durban & KwaZulu-Natal
  • Pretoria
  • Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha
  • Bloemfontein
  • And all surrounding areas

For remote or outlying areas, delivery may take an additional 1–3 business days.

5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted South African courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via Aramex, The Courier Guy, or a comparable local courier.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery directly on the courier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

7. Shipping to PO Boxes
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, the courier may leave a collection card or attempt redelivery. TravellyZA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-delivery fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or refund where applicable.
