REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview
At TravellyZA we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, TravellyZA will cover the return shipping cost
  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account

If your return is not approved, we will contact you with the reason and return the item to you.

6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please let us know when you contact us and we will arrange this where stock is available.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will prioritise your case and offer either a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

8. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf. If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
